The 2025-2026 winter sports season is upon us with middle school boys basketballwill get underway with high school team practices beginning Monday, August 11 (middle school sports will begin Monday, August 25).

All students interested in participating will need a valid MHSAA Physical Form on file (dated on or after 4/15/25) in order to participate.  In addition, student-athletes who will be participating in more than one sport during the Winter 2025-2026 season will also need a completed Dual Sport Agreement on file prior to the start of competition.

First Practice Dates for Winter Sports:

• Basketball - Boys - JV - November 12 (3:15-5:30 p.m.; CMHS Aux Gym)

• *Meetings will be held with participants on the first day of team activity to review policy pertaining to athletics as well as the conduct and behavioral expectations for Rayder student-athletes. Parents/guardians will receive follow-up communication regarding the information covered at the meeting.
